Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory operations of HR & Admin related activities.
∎ Develop and implement HR & Admin strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the factory.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Ensure employee performance management process by setting KPI's.
∎ Ensure proper recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training of all categories of staff/worker.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.
∎ Ensure preparation and maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per labor law.
∎ Ensure proper compensation & benefit of employee.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication & negotiation skills in English.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the employee.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
