∎ GUK is looking for a manager for its new eye hospital in Dhaka to look after its operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall supervision and monitoring of GUK Eye Hospital, Dhaka
∎ Supervise the daily activities of all staffs except the doctors (Medical Officers / Surgeons / Consultants).
∎ Supervise the day-to-day activities of technicians, nurses, counsellors, receptionists, medical record keepers, refractionists, ophthalmic assistants, staff working in medicine and optic corners, IOP, Vision in charge, ward boys, cleaners, guards, and others for smooth running of the hospital activities.
∎ Responsible for preparing indent of necessary equipment/materials as per need assessment and submit the same to the Director (Social) of GUK for procurement in time.
∎ Responsible for keeping and updating of all records and documents including the hospital license in time.
∎ Prepare duty roaster of hospital staff like Nurse, Ward boy, Peon, Aya, Cleaner, Guard etc. for smooth running of hospital activities.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly progress reports for onward submission to concerned authorities.
∎ Responsible for preparing business plan forecasting annual budget in consultation with doctors and GUK Eye Hospital management authorities and will be responsible to fulfill the targets as per plan of operation.
∎ Maintain co-operation with all doctors and staffs of the hospital for healthy working environment and will be responsible for maintaining liaison with govt. officials, donors, partners, and other stakeholders for promotions of name and fame of hospital activities.
∎ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the concerned authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have a bachelor's degree from reputed institution
∎ The candidate must have 8-10 years' experience of eye hospital management
∎ The candidate should have good inter-personal and leadership skills
∎ Candidates having good command on MS office applications will get advantage

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is also negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
