∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure on time customer service maintaining customer log
∎ Effectively manage and lead service team members to execute customer service efficiently and effectively
∎ Train the service team on continuous basis
∎ Ensure compliance management at service level and train the service team on compliance
∎ Manage all installation, troubleshooting, schedule servicing, synchronizing, overhauling works from planning to supervision and implementation to results
∎ Monitoring all service engineers during work
∎ Maintaining daily forecast of work and organize using the available resources
∎ Fulfilling the financial target of service department
∎ Providing technical support to the site engineers when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years

Salary: Negotiable
