∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets all visitors /presents in reception and over telephone courteously
∎ Determines the needs of visitors and directs them courteously, directs them to proper person and /or office.
∎ Register the patients admission and keep all records in computer properly.
∎ Keep proper process of assigning appointments with Senior Consultants /other doctors for consultation/investigation efficiently and effectively.
∎ Keep informed the Head of the Department as well as other concerned doctors/officials about admission/discharge/other relevant information about reception/hospital timely and properly.
∎ Preparation of patients bills in night shift/as and when required
∎ Keeping proper record of mobile phone /land phone calls.
∎ Any other tasks assigned to him/her by his /her Head of the Department/Superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in Front Desk.
∎ Experience in Hospital may be given preference.
∎ Knowledge of HIS software may be given preference
