• Extensive Knowledge in VAT & TAX. Experienced in using All Kinds of Accounts Software & Tools.
• Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated. Fluent in Speaking & Writing in Bangla & English. Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package, Emails & Internet related tasks.

JOB CONTEXT:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager with in-depth expertise in banking systems (Must experience work in foreign company & FDI Report, Foreign Accounts maintains , Foreign direct investment, mortgages, etc.) and a strong understanding of modern tax and VAT regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Banking Systems Expertise:

• Oversee and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Ensure efficient handling of loans, mortgages, and other banking products. Assess and manage risks associated with financial instruments and banking operations.

Tax and VAT Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with modern tax laws, VAT rules, and regulatory changes. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's financial performance.
• Handle tax planning, filing, and audits to minimize risks and ensure accurate reporting.

Financial Management:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement robust financial controls and internal policies to safeguard company assets.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on local and international financial regulations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures as needed.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
