Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft word and excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experienced 5 years in Construction and Infrastructure company as accounts manager.
∎ Must have motor bike.
∎ Must know how to make Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss Accounts
∎ Must have knowledge about VAT Law
∎ Must have Commercial Banking experience
∎ Must be able to review Receivable Accounts and Ageing Reports on a daily basis
∎ Creating and managing budgets and financial projections for construction projects.
∎ Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Managing the processing of payments and invoices, and ensuring timely payment.
∎ Forecasting cash flow needs and managing the company's cash position.
∎ Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and exploring tax optimization opportunities.
∎ Monitoring and managing financial risks associated with construction projects.
∎ Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and overseeing financial audits.
∎ Analyzing financial data to inform decision-making and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
∎ Reviewing and managing the financial aspects of contracts, including negotiating terms and managing payment schedules.
∎ Managing and training a team of accounting and finance professionals.
