Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning factory daily routines.
∎ adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
∎ Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
∎ Maintaining high standards of the production line.
∎ Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the factory operations.
∎ Taking corrective action as and when required.
∎ Resolving any factory-related issues.
∎ Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
∎ Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
∎ Preparing production schedules and reports.
∎ Presenting the reports to the higher management.
∎ Assisting the HR department in hiring.
∎ Providing training to the new employees.
∎ responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
∎ Playing role as a team member of Inventory & Store department.
∎ Preparation of daily stock position.
∎ Maintaining different documents (including- DO/Challan/vat challan etc.) for receive, issue and return items.
∎ Ensuring cleanness of the store.
∎ Other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working in Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
∎ Ability to solve complex problems.
∎ Exceptional ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Outstanding managerial skills.
∎ Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Result oriented, self-motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills to lead & manage the team will be offered attractive compensation package.
