∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Operation, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Labor Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of day-to-day factory operations and overall production
∎ Plants staffs and workers management
∎ Monitor security, safety and protocol of the Factory
∎ Monitor the store and inventory Management
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local body for smooth operations of factory.
∎ Maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
∎ Supervise the collection and renewal process of company Licenses / Permits / Certificates like Environmental Certificates, Fire Licenses, Factory Licenses, Trade Licenses, and approvals etc. and keep liaison with the key personnel and authorities of Govt. / Non-Govt. organizations.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
∎ Performing other work-related duties as assigned including monitoring & supporting
∎ Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
∎ Works within the allocated budget
∎ Regularly report to Management
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
