Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Any Reputed Public/Private (Renowned) University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to Lead Team Independently.
∎ Knowledge in BOQ Preparing from Design and Drawing.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge in EGP System.
∎ Must have work experience in 1st Class Govt Construction Company/firm.
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standard operations & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Energetic, hard worker have to capability to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Liaison within Government Departments for related works.
∎ Should be pro-activeness for duties & responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):EGP & All govt, semi govt and autonomous body Constructions
∎ Good communication skills.
