Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC, Engineer (EEE/Computer Science) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong technical understanding of all kinds of security systems, including IP technology, CCTV & access control, DVR/NVR and other systems & equipments.
∎ Able to design, sourcing, installation and maintenance of integrated security systems & solutions for a broad range of client across industrial and commercial sector.
∎ Strong ability to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of clients.
∎ Strong negotiation skill & client relationship management.
∎ Achieve sales target through prospecting leads to identify new clients and driving new business growth within the existing client base.
∎ Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
∎ Ensure profit margin (PBITA) of department and monthly reporting to management.
∎ Experience in dealing with tenders and Request for proposal (RFP) also desirable.
∎ Negotiate contract agreements and manage non routine issues ensuring compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-driven and have proven experience in a target based role.
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience in a well reputed company
∎ Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
∎ Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
∎ Collaborates well with colleagues by using adept social skills.
∎ Works independently by using project management skills.
∎ Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
∎ Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
