Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
caustic plant, Chemical Industries, Electrical Engineering, Group of Companies, Plant Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to solve problems of any electrical nature to keep plant running.
∎ VFD, PLC & Rectifier control.
∎ Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
∎ Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision making.
∎ Monitoring/ Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvement or to take corrective action.
∎ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resource.
∎ Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Motivating, Developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
∎ Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Trained on Maintenance, Productivity Improvement Tools, Industrial Safety & Hygiene, Basics of Quality Management System, VFD, Advance PLC, DCS, Conflict Management, Comparative Management, Managerial Grid, Communication and Leadership Management.
