Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the Project Time Schedule to finalize the project completion requirement time to time.
∎ Project Drawing Design preparation of work.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
∎ Monitor & maintain the quality of work as per design specification.
∎ Estimation of materials relating project works.
∎ Materials quality and quantity checking.
∎ Prepare project budget.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and high performance.
∎ Technician and worker supervision.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Price offer.
∎ Preparing the duty schedule of workers.
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
