Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing planned Vs achieve schedule and requirement.
∎ Coordination with EPC contractors for timely shifting, erection of equipment.
∎ Verifying Electrical drawings, layouts for the project as per the process and material flow needs.
∎ Experience in preparing pre-startup requirement of the system considering all aspects like Standard operating procedure, preparation, review & commissioning of safety critical devices.
∎ Installation, erection and testing & commissioning of Electrical equipment.
∎ Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and initiating corrective measures to avoid re-occurrence.
∎ Manage Quality requirement of the project.
∎ Base line schedule preparation for all stages of project namely, Appraise, select, Define & execute.
∎ Schedule monitoring.
∎ Daily and weekly progress review meeting and MIS to senior management.Preparation of check lists for pre-commissioning and commissioning of facilities & utility systems.
∎ Conducting audit to oversee the design compliance in project execution.
∎ Knowledge of Installation of all facility and utilities e.g PV Modules , Solar Inverters , EHV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, Transformers , UPS and battery banks, Fire protection & detection systems.
∎ Civil work & Structural supports etc.
∎ Knowledge of Relays & Protection system.
∎ Knowledge of testing procedures of Electrical Equipment at site.
∎ Preparation of Installation Checklist as per the requirement of standards and good engineering practices.
∎ Progress monitoring.
∎ Stage gate review for construction completion.
∎ Preparation of checklist for commissioning and sequencing of activities.
∎ Site acceptance as per guaranteed performance parameters.
∎ HOTO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be graduated from recognized and reputed institution.
∎ Should have Project execution experience in Utility Scale Solar Plant having 33/66/132KV switch yard.
∎ Must have worked and completed 20 MW ground mount Solar Power Plant - in Bangladesh or internationally.
∎ Sound background in Project Management electrical projects in EPC Company.
∎ Sound knowledge of Solar Inverter Operation & Trouble shooting.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Good command over English (oral & written).
∎ Knowledge of Numerical Relay shall have added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
