Job Context:
∎ Beximco Power Company Limited, a sister concerns of Beximco Group urgently needs a Resident Construction Manager for its Solar Power Project at Sundargonj, Gaibandha.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in ground mount utility scale solar power projects in Quality domain.
∎ Coordinate and train contractor's manpower as per desired quality requirements for proper storage of material, execution of material etc.
∎ Inspection of Incoming material and verify material MTCs.
∎ Carry out field inspections at site as per RFI raised from respective contractors.
∎ Develop and maintain proper coordination with contractor to close NCs.
∎ Witnessing, Report preparation and sign off of equipment testing with 3rd party commission team.
∎ Proficiency in testing performed at site on equipment's i.e. Transformers, Switch Gears, Solar Modules, Cables, SCBs, Earth pits, HT/LT panels, Inverters & 132KV s/Y.
∎ Quality inspection of Transmission Line 132KV.
∎ Timely clearance of contractors WCC with respect to NC closure and signoff.
∎ Prepare DQR at site.
∎ Maintain Quality records.
∎ Validation of measurement sheets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Engineering degree from recognized and reputed institution.
∎ Must have worked and completed >20 MW ground mount Solar Power Plant - in Bangladesh or internationally.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Good command over English (oral & written).
