Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Planning, 2D (Auto Cad), Architectural Drafting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain accountable for smooth operations every where in regard to electrical matters.
∎ Take the lead role to come up success with electrical designs, drawings and others.
∎ Maintain liaison with outside Electrical Consultants (if required) for various relevant issues and ensure appropriate drawings/designs/estimations.
∎ Initiate necessary actions to accomplish assignments within time line and ensure work progress according to the master plan.
∎ Collect quotations from different reputed suppliers and prepare Comparative Statement that focuses on technical data for getting effective decision to purchase Lift, Sub-station, Generator and other electrical equipments.
∎ Arrange meetings and other programmers, maintaining liaison with the concerned Departments and Committee and ensure timely accomplishments.
∎ Prepare Material & Cost Estimate of Electrical items as per Drawings.
∎ Check & certify Labor Bills, quantities for electrical works in comparison with the estimated quantities and ensure adjustments of all bills in compliance.
∎ Ensure the appropriate quality of electrical materials that received and/or stored at Projects.
∎ Ensure the Quality of Work that has been done by Electrical Sub-Contractors.
∎ Client supplied materials installation, modification works and their work progress etc. will be supervised and get feedback from Customer Service Department and Clients end.
∎ Prepare Finishing Work schedule for electrical work in the finishing stage of the projects.
∎ Check electrical conduit Layout of all projects as per the Working Electrical Drawings.
∎ Supervise and ensure that the Project Personnel and Contractors check the wastage and avoid the misuse/ improper use of electrical materials.
∎ Prepare Closing Reports about electrical works of all Projects.
∎ Ensure the compliance about all safety and security measures that related to the electrical works in the projects premises.
