∎ Background: Shujog.xyz is a digital platform of Infolady Social Enterprise Ltd (iSocial) that provides essential products and services to the underserved bottom of the pyramid population of Bangladesh through a physical network of community agents. In the process we address the problems of digital divide, lack of access to finance, and lack of data at the bottom of the pyramid while giving them decent earning opportunities. We know this initiative, when successful, will bring a fundamental shift in the lives the young women and men at the bottom of the pyramid of Bangladesh.

We are a highly committed, resolute, and passionate team looking for a Manager, e-Learning and Training Management to join our Shujog Learn team to develop our training process, program, and content and curriculum for face-to-face, distance learning, and self-learning methods.
∎ Reporting: Managing Director, Shujog.xyz
∎ Workstation: Work from Home and Work from Office
∎ Employment Status: Full Time, 5 Working Days, Weekly 40 hours
∎ Job Location: Banani, Dhaka, with periodic trips to regional hubs all over Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build the Shujog Learn team to function a separate department in Shujog that effectively caters to both donor and Shujog training needs.
∎ Actively assist in hiring content developers, training managers, etc.
∎ Develop a trainer pool to accelerate growth
∎ Responsible for developing, deploying, and leading training strategy. Develop SOP, policy, and white paper for e-learning training platform
∎ Identify, develop, and provide training in response to donor mandates
∎ Secure resources to assist with needs assessment and curriculum development to develop and implement needs-based training programs
∎ Supervise the development of training content
∎ Create knowledge checks / metrics to assess effectiveness and efficacy of trainings and make them more market-oriented
∎ Responsible for the management and direction of all training activities for our agents
∎ Ultimately, the Manager will lead skill development to improve sales growth, productivity, and retention
∎ Creating, implementing, and managing E-learning platforms and/or software in collaboration with Digital Solutions team
∎ Support Partnerships, Supply Chain, Business Development, Program Management, and other teams with necessary data, information, and other support as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of prior experience in training curricula, writing training materials and technical documentation, education, teaching, and/ e-learning. Prior experience in using or launching Learning Management Systems, Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Development is a plus.
∎ Creating and maintaining education methodologies to support an application throughout its life cycle
∎ 3 or more years of management experience
∎ High technical proficiency and speed in learning a new production platform
∎ Ability to present with a compelling, enthusiastic, and engaging approach
∎ Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials and presentations
∎ High energy, self-motivated, and service-oriented attitude
∎ Superior verbal and written communication skills
∎ Experience with adult learning and instructional design theories
∎ Experience creating end-customer focused training in a rural/ peri-urban environment
∎ Ability to learn quickly and has curiosity to pick up new skills and tools
∎ Understands the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
∎ Flexible and creative problem solver3w
