Phamaceutical Products Manufacturing

Garments Accessories, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services.
∎ Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
∎ Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
∎ Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
∎ Achieve monthly sales/production target, plan and execute for achievement
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products (Resin).
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
∎ Ensure maintenance of customer relationship and established long-term strategic cooperation between customers and sales team.
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform the management.
∎ Ensure on-time collection from all customers.
∎ Must execute 100+ sales turnover considering credit in the respective sales region.
