Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise the Technical Services team responsible for providing technical support to the company's distribution centers and customers.
∎ Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical services, including quality control, process optimization and troubleshooting.
∎ Implement best practices to enhance product quality, performance and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, potential markets and emerging trends in the cement industry.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
∎ Oversee the planning and execution of various technical projects related to process improvements, plant expansions and product innovations.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets and quality objectives are met.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, suppliers and strategic partners.
∎ Represent the company in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and explore collaboration opportunities.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technical services and business development initiatives.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommended actions for improvement.
∎ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards and environmental guidelines in all technical operations and projects.
∎ Liaison with various government offices for different projects and various issues.

∎ Excellent project management capabilities with a track record of successful project delivery.
∎ In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and industry best practices.

∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
