∎ For our Sales Department, we`re searching for a person who is knowledgeable, smart, goal-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & truthful.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of Heavy Construction Equipment & Crane etc.
∎ Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
∎ Evaluates potential Customers, Communication with local Customers & foreign Clients.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
∎ Conduct training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
∎ Shadow and mentor the sales team members on their approach, product knowledge, presentation skills, negation skills, relationship building skills, ability to close deals, etc.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 to 10 years of Sales experience in the Construction Equipment industry, with a specific focus on Cranes, Excavators, Rollers, Backhoe Loaders, Air Compressors, and other related machinery. Demonstrated success in sales and service, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations, and a thorough knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology.

∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Capability to lead self, organization, and others.
