Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply chain management or similar would be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Inventory Manageemnt, Supply Chain
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory management, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up daily inventory in-out procedure and take initiative to solve while arising any problem. Including but not limited to : Checking transaction - Requisition, Transfer, Stock, Bill, Charge-sheet etc.
∎ Arrange and run Inventory counting program - Surprise Audit, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly. Including but not limited to : Circulate memorandum, arrange man-power, make schedule, make inventory duty roaster, run inventory counting program, take approval for adjustment& adjustment entry etc.
∎ Make forecast & prepare actual material cost. Including but not limited to : adjustment cost, actual cost from IHIS, forecast, material cost analysis etc.
∎ Develop new inventory policy & procedure and carry forward existing policy. Including but not limited to: Find the limitations of existing inventory policy, make and implement new inventory policy, implement new inventory option in software and familiarize it to users.
∎ To ensure timely and appropriate cross functional support for each and every department in relations to the inventory management. Which include but not limited to: Check inventory status, find out discrepancies and solution etc.
∎ To ensure the effective supervisory tasks and activities to the designated junior team members in a very effective and professional manner. Which includes but not limited to: Professional training, skill update, knowing personal & professional attitude & give the better suggestion etc.
∎ Support to the internal & External auditors as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Collaborate with other different hospital departments to determine supply needs
∎ Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing/storing procedures
∎ Oversee distribution of supplies in the Hospital
∎ Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
∎ Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates of the departments
∎ Assist in forecasting to plan future orders of the hospital
Salary: Negotiable
