Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in HR, Psychology or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in charge of HR, Compliance, and administration.
∎ Must be very conversant on Labor Laws and HR policies.
∎ Maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization at HO of top level officers.
∎ Formulate and implement HR related plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
∎ Assist HR & Admin to supervise the duties and assignment of all service staff.
∎ Assist in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Coordinates and follow up all administrative works.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staffs with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc.
∎ Supervise Payroll, Attendance & Leave of Employees.
∎ Maintain disciplinary action procedure as per law.
∎ Prepare final settlement for lefty staffs.
∎ Handle grievance & report to management
∎ Liaison with other org when necessary.
∎ Conducting training/awareness/counseling in regular basis to monitor the staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ candidates must be expertise full payroll process in ERP software.
∎ Have sound knowledge in factory compliance issues.
∎ Candidates having experience in Factory & garments sector will get preference.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Salary: Negotiable
