Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering from any Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machines in the factory
∎ Ensure changes in regulation and technology that may affect operations
∎ Implement policy and procedural changes after approval from management.
∎ Implement safety policies and procedures for the department
∎ Receive, Investigate and respond to problems and take necessary corrective action
∎ Track expenses and control the budget for maintenance
∎ Follow up Installation, testing, operation and maintenance of Generators, Transformers, Power supply units and all types of machinery of garments as per business requirements.
∎ Follow-up installation of new equipment accurately
∎ Lead, Monitor, Appraise & train subordinates to achieve the business goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound Knowledge on BNBC and NFPA
∎ 3 years of experience in similar position will add an advantage
