∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ MBA/ M.com (Accounting) With CA (CC)/CMA/ACCA (Level-IV).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in a hospital-based Accounting and finance Service environment would be an additional advantage.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Experience of any Tax and VAT related working area training would be additional values for this position.
∎ Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & email.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ Language skills both in Bengali and English
∎ MS office & advance level excel Knowledge and presentation skill.
∎ Position will be fixed based on interview appraisal considering experience and competence.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the financial strategy of the hospital.
∎ Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
∎ Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
∎ Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
∎ Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
∎ Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
∎ Preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
∎ Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
∎ Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required
∎ Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
∎ Arrange for debt and equity financing
∎ Ensure that the hospital complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
∎ Report financial results to the authority
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
∎ Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
∎ Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
