∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from reputed university with proven experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of factory operation
∎ Follow-up overall production process of factory
∎ Prepare a proper production plan monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly
∎ Ensure productivity & achieve efficiency of production workers & staff as given target
∎ Make sure to use prefect raw material as per QMS approval
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower
∎ Ensure Quality production as per production guideline
∎ Prepare regular production stock, Receive & delivery report
∎ Ensure in time requisition for raw materials
∎ Maintain inventory report and update it regularly
∎ Any other job assigned by management
∎ Forecast the future demand & take necessary action accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 12-15 years' Experience in related field & minimum 03 years' experience
∎ of factory manager
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
