∎ M.Com / MBA / MA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, General Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond etc.
∎ Perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
∎ Perform all import related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, C&F, Customs procedures, VAT rules related to Export and Import for 100% Export Oriented Readymade Garments Industry.
∎ To work independently with DEDO, Customs Bond Commissionerate, BIDA & other GOVT offices.
∎ Capability to do UD, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance to the factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
∎ Perform as a team member to maintain all the export-import statement unit wise for yearly customs audit.
∎ To manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance by air of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ Capable to duty draw back related all works.
∎ Capable to submit application for shohog and preparation all documents as per requirements.
∎ Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Customs Bond Commissionerate office procedure, Yearly Statement, Bangladesh Bank Dashboard & Custom CISCL.
∎ Capable to Handle UP typing & processing, UP issuing, from custom bond, In-Bond, Ex-bond, Maintain Custom register.
∎ Having sound knowledge in Banking activities, customs rules & regulations related to import/export & Deemed commercial activities.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency.
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Office Packages.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
