Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time to time report to the Management and related personnel’s.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Person should have strong knowledge about customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Capable to cooperate extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
∎ Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12/15 year(s) experience in Freight Forwarding (Export)
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
