Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly deals with clients of the company regarding their changes in the flats.
∎ Prepare soft / CAD drawings in case of any changes in the flat by the client requirement.
∎ Deals with project engineers of the concerned projects in regards of clients demand of modification alteration and when it required.
∎ Demand cheque collection from the clients for modification or alteration.
∎ Discuss with purchase department and MIS department to assure the quality finishing materials as when as required.
∎ Prepare the total utility costing for the concerned project.
∎ Hand over the utility and other necessary service papers to respective clients after finishing the project.
∎ To collect the valued opinion of the clients regarding the official working processes of the organization for the benefit of the company.
∎ Monitoring and supervision the nonstructural work like foundation layout, fixation of pile centre, R.C.C work at foundation, fixation of Colum position, all sorts of level, geometry and reinforcement details of slabs, Brick layout etc. as and when required.
∎ Collecting, checking, monitoring and certifying labor bills of projects for maintenance and past sales service.
∎ To ensure quality of the work in terms of methodology.
∎ Preparation of master program of projects.
∎ Managerial capacity to guide customer services personnel as per company demand.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
