∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange missing/required land documents from the concern authority/vendor.
∎ Attend customer meeting and resolve the issues.
∎ Handling critical matters with Landowners and customers efficiently.
∎ Take physical possession of the Land from the Landowners and its related jobs
∎ Perform others tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 10 years of experience in the same field.
∎ Experience in real estate industry in Land Procurement/ Customer Service Dept will be get preference
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written & verbal
∎ Hard working, proactive, mindset to maintain company mission, vision & core values
∎ Customer centric person with service attitude
∎ Able to make relationship with customer easily and convince them.

Salary: Negotiable
