Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.
∎ Helping to build good customer relations.
∎ Coordinates sufficient staffing to meet patient care needs.
∎ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
∎ Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).
∎ Will maintain close liaison with Director and Deputy Director Hospital and will do task given by them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 year(s) experiences in a renowned hospital as a same position.

Salary: Negotiable
