Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university
∎ Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance will get preference (CA/CMA/ACCA Part Qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Valuation of raw materials, packing materials, work in progress, and finished goods in the software
∎ Efficiency analysis of raw materials and packing materials based on quantity compared to finished goods
∎ Analyze costs and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency
∎ Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives
∎ Create and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts
∎ Monitor actual results against budget and forecast
∎ Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply while minimizing waste
∎ Manage inventory accuracy and control
∎ Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making
∎ Analysis of variances in value based on actual versus standard for raw materials, packing materials, and overheads
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
∎ Assist with financial planning and analysis
∎ Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
∎ Calculation of landed cost (LC costing)
∎ Determination of product cost and pricing
∎ Creation of a master budget that includes sales, raw materials, overheads, and other expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of IFRS, BSA, import, and export
∎ Good knowledge about cost, budget, and inventory management is a must
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships as a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent in MS Office (word, excel, outlook) and Google Workspace
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic
∎ The applicants should have experience in accounting, accounting-related software, finance, VAT, audits, banking, budget management, cash flow management, cost and inventory management
∎ The applicant should be tech-savvy and adaptable to software based workflow management
