∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and control all construction works (construction of new projects and, repair and maintenance of existing facilities) of regional office and all concerned production units
∎ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, project supervisor and government personnel to estimate financial budget or BOQ (bill of quantity) for the projects
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements
∎ Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the overall quality control and quality assurance of construction projects
∎ Ensure timely execution of the project from start to finish by controlling storage and inventory of raw materials
∎ Manage the overall project schedule, ensure compliance to BOQ and handover the project within specific time line

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 - 8 years of relevant experience
