∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective operation of project Construction within deadline through proper planning and coordination.
∎ Ability to lead a team.
∎ Supervise project engineers, sub-contractors and other project personnel
∎ Should have sound knowledge in quality control, safety security and project management system of high rise building having multiple basement.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong team players skills
∎ Ensuring proper utilizations of capital goods, machinery etc
∎ Ensure cost effective Construction of projects.
∎ Ensure safety and security of project during Construction work through proper guideline.
∎ Work closely and efficiently with Architects, Designer and professionals regarding various issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
