Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (eg: issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department etc.
∎ Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Communicate with confirming bank for add confirmation of Import and Export LC at a competitive price.
∎ Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for Import and Export.
∎ Assign various assignments among team members for smooth commercial operations.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in handling L/C, Import and Export, Customs Act, Bond, Shipment process, C&F, Transportation etc.
∎ Leadership and excellent communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
