Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the cold storage facility, optimizing temperature and humidity levels to preserve the quality of products.
∎ Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols and hygiene standards for a clean and safe storage environment.
∎ Team Management: Lead the team of cold storage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
∎ Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the freshness and quality of stored products.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
∎ Address and rectify any quality or compliance issues promptly.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain teams to optimize stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
∎ Cost Control: Develop and manage the cold storage budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings while optimizing resource utilization.
∎ Implement cost-effective solutions to reduce operational costs.
∎ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly those pertaining to food safety and health standards.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to management.

∎ Proven 15 to 20 years of experience in cold storage management, particularly in the fruit industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ In-depth knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in cold storage operations for perishable goods.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
