Job Context:
∎ Working hours: UK time zone (starts from 2:00 PM according to Bangladesh time zone)
∎ As a Client Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team of professionals spread out between four continents (Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia) and Quantanite’s global client base, ranging from Nasdaq listed household brands to potential unicorns, Start-ups on their way change the world. You will report to the Client Services, Director and work very closely with internal and external stakeholders for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-sales support
∎ RFP/RFI
∎ Capabilities and Q&A
∎ Client References
∎ Onboarding
∎ Kick-Off call; Team Introduction, Onboarding Questionnaires, Meeting Summary
∎ Project Plan; Gantt Chart (HR, Ops, IT, Procurement, WFM, Training & Nesting Plan, Go-Live, etc.)
∎ Deliver the project plan with all internal stakeholders.
∎ Account Management
∎ Governance of the business (WBR, MBR, and QBR preparation and moderation)
∎ Escalations (KPI, SLA, and Invoice disputes and resolution)
∎ Credit Control Support
∎ Change Management (ramp-up/down and cancellation)
∎ Budget & Revenue Forecast
∎ P&L
∎ Growth
∎ Oversee all aspects of the above areas including setting deadlines, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and summarising the outcome of the project. Prepare reports for the senior leadership team on project statuses and client accounts.
∎ Manage multiple client accounts, ensure clients remain happy and satisfied with our service delivery. Work closely with the operations team ensuring KPIs are met by offering solutions and working collaboratively.
∎ A solutions-oriented person with proven client management and excellent communication skills who can proactively manage external and internal stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will need to possess acute attention to detail and the ability to think deeply and with clarity to create creative solutions to resolve challenges.
∎ Accountabilities will include:
∎ Leading project planning sessions for onboarding of new clients
∎ Coordinating staff and internal resources
∎ Managing project progress and adapting work as required
∎ Ensuring projects meet deadlines
∎ Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
∎ Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
∎ Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
∎ Tracking KPI's and reporting
