Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering in relevant field from public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey.
∎ Day to day supervision of constructions work with ensuring construction methodology, progress and report to line management
∎ Should have experience in construction of Multi-Storied Building .
∎ Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule and projected time.
∎ Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Pre-engineered building.
∎ Supervise the repairing and maintenance of all sorts of Sanitary Fittings Work etc.
∎ Deal with all sorts of Utility work.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Should have knowledge about DEA & MEP
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of Utility & maintenance.
∎ Ability to manage a project independently.
∎ Knowledge in Auto-CAD.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Building & Factory Design with 3D Visualization, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design, Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) in the related field.
