∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 08 years of work experience in reputed Real Estate Company and similar sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plans, designs, and directs civil engineering projects.
∎ Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design project.
∎ Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project.
∎ Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
∎ Responsible for direct construction and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Monitor the progress of all projects and keep the Higher Management informed of any critical issues.
∎ Supervise site engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans.
∎ Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget and quality constraints.
∎ Ensure that throughout all areas of the company's activities such as Construction planning (engineering).
∎ Formulation of the plan of structure building as per DAP, FAR, and MGC provision.
∎ Obtain the Higher Management approval for all major company activities such as new projects bidding, assets purchasing and key staff hiring and appraisals.
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering software particularly in computer Aided Design, Auto Cad, Interior Design etc.
