Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post- Graduate in any discipline prefer in Commerce background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of Building Administration & Accounts.
∎ Coordinate & liaison with Society Members, Govt. & Private organization.
∎ Control and supervise the entire logistic support including security & safety of day to day operation
∎ Maintain awareness of, and work within, budgets for staff and equipment.
∎ Should be pro-activeness for duties & responsibilities.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge in Tally Software.
∎ General Technical Knowledge in Lift Maintenance, Generator Maintenance, Gymnasium maintenance, Swimming Pool Maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of Office Administration & Accounting.
∎ Must have practical experience of Books of Accounting.
∎ Should have experience work in Society/ Clubs or similar organization
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Computer skills are essential- Specially MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power Point and e-mail
∎ Must have good typing skill in both English and Bengali
∎ Good communication skills.
