∎ Bachelor in any discipline from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall management of building, assets and utilities related to electricity, gas, water etc
∎ Supervise canteen management, house-keeping and cleanliness of the entire office premise
∎ Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and grounds
∎ Ensure that facilities meet government regulations including environmental, health and safety standards, and that the facilities comply with legislation
∎ Ensure that facilities such as water and heating, equipment maintenance, garage/car parking management, waste disposal and lift/generator maintenance are well maintained
∎ Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing of current
∎ premises
∎ Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 - 8 years, at least 2 years in a similar position
