Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduates from public university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, cost estimation or BOQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ on structural, finishing and plumbing as per approved drawing to measure the required quantity of materials.
∎ Prepare Cost analysis & Rate analysis for each item as per current market price.
∎ Analyses impact of cost change reasons.
∎ Forecasting the costs of different materials needed for the project.
∎ Finalize master budget of projects as per approved drawings and documents.
∎ Check and verify addition / omission works of projects to find out total cost of modification work.
∎ Work with the Project Manager/ construction team to identify cost estimation.
∎ Coordinate with site for revision drawing.
∎ Check & update the revised budget time to time in order to verify actual cost.
∎ Prepare and validate different related reports and others relevant documents.
∎ Ensure involvement in cost planning throughout the entire life cycle of the projects.
∎ Carry out other activities as deemed necessary for the department.

∎ Age at most 40 years
