Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed Public University. At least 7 to 8 year(s) experience require. /
∎ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed Public Institute. At least 12 to 13 year(s) experience require.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safety of boilers by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to repair the problem.
∎ Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
∎ Assist and supervise the team of operators and mechanics by delegating repair, maintenance and monitoring tasks, scheduling jobs, providing appropriate instruction and giving constructive feedback on performance.
∎ Inspect fluids, water, gas, etc. inside boilers and related equipment.
∎ Records daily, weekly and monthly readings and reporting.
∎ Monitor and ensuring the cleanliness of boiler rooms and related facilities.
∎ Study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times.
∎ Create and enter properly documented records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs.
∎ Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for overhauls and upgrades.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.
∎ Communicate with regularly authority to update all required documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments , Textile, Boiler Servicing, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience with complex systems and/or the industrial sector
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Detail-oriented and highly safety-conscious.
∎ Work experience on Boiler Servicing, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
Salary: Negotiable
