Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial accounting, pricing and business office operations.
∎ Managing a finance team of over 50 personnel with various backgrounds and skills. Lead the team to become most reliable department in terms of information and communication.
∎ Developing and maintaining core costing models for major services (e.g. Cardiac Surgeries, Cath Lab Procedures, and Dialysis).
∎ Preparing of monthly/quarterly and yearly revenue statements for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring all internal control procedures are followed before recording and presentation of financial transactions.
∎ Preparing and negotiating proposals for credit facilities with current and prospective lenders.
∎ Coordinating with software developers for implementation and improvements in the ERP software (Financial Management Modules).
∎ Participating in hiring and training new personnel in Finance & Accounts Department.
∎ Lead the team to capture revenue in every area of operations.
∎ Identify revenue leakage and integrate the gaps.
∎ Train billing personnel for exceptional customer service.
∎ Manage new recruits and guide them to work smoothly in billing counter.
∎ Reconciliation of daily revenue charge, collection and deposit.
∎ Analyze patient's bills.
∎ Identify gapes/anomalies.
∎ Patient counselling and obtain feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to 10 years experience in hospital billing management.
∎ Communicate effectively with hospital management.
∎ Effectively communicate with varying types of employee interactions.
∎ Familiar with multiple billing systems preferred.
∎ Are individually accountable in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly revenue cycle reporting activities.
∎ Proper interpretation and follow-up on contracts with corporate clients pertaining to tariff discounts and filing instructions.
∎ Proper utilization of government regulations and guidelines.
∎ Understand the importance of key performance indicators and managing by the numbers.
∎ Interpret any and all revenue cycle reports.
∎ Knowledge of general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and collections.
∎ Knowledge and skills working with computerized accounting systems required.
∎ Responsible for corporate reporting and analysis, managed care, third party reimbursement,
∎ management of accounts receivable, i.e., bad debt and cash collections.
