∎ Management of Deposit Exhausts
∎ Monitoring Bill Cancellation and Billing Errors
∎ Bill Auditing: EHD Self & Family
∎ Duty Roster and leave Management
∎ Provide Necessary Logistic Support to the Billing Counters
∎ Float Management
∎ Cash Management
∎ Monitoring Customer satisfaction and information
∎ Financial Counseling
∎ Reporting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Rectification of any mismatch in billing system
∎ Float money management
∎ Ensure collection by providing provisional bills & everyday reminder
∎ Monitoring bill cancellation

Salary:
