Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
- At least 7 years of experience running a travel agency and managing a team.Experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
- Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.IT Enabled Service, Hotel, Airline,
- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
Responsibilities & Context:
- Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts, and others accordingly.·
- Must follow the airline’s terms and conditions and ADM policies.·
- Implementing sales activities and action plans to meet or exceed targets.·
- Developing and overseeing sales and marketing plans, and pricing strategies.·
- Reviewing customer service agreements for accuracy and adherence to profitability guidelines.·
- Generating and maintaining customers through sales activities like face-to-face calls and entertainment.·
- Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters like visas, insurance and tour packages. Tailor holiday packages to suit individual needs, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation.·
- Highly analytical and strategic mind set·
- Incredibly organised and structured in your working·
- Excellent interpersonal skills·
- Ability to clearly communicate and present progress to Management.·
- Expert at sales and a strong negotiator·
- Good working knowledge of marketing techniques is highly preferred; you need to find ways to market our business better!
