Job Responsibilities:
∎ Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
∎ Analyze, monitor and determine the level of present customer satisfaction through different measurable tools and develop policies for enhancing the level of customer satisfaction under different aspect.
∎ Provide proper protocol (from every aspect) to the Customers.
∎ Listen to customers discomfort and take day to day note.
∎ Develop an effective & efficient Customer Care System.
∎ Ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
∎ Keep proper process of assigning appointments with Consultants for consultation/investigation efficiently and effectively.
∎ Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records as needed.
