Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Civil Engineering from reputed public or private university.
∎ Candidates who have experience in project management are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experienced Diploma Engineer (Civil) will be applicable for application.
∎ Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have a clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
∎ Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors.
∎ Liaising with local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ The candidate should have experience in the construction of Factory/Residential/Office/Commercialbuildings.
∎ Must have good understanding in work place/ construction safety and security Issues. Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Manage all kinds of working drawings (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and plumbing) from Architect firm.
∎ Supervise the on-going infrastructural development works and ensure their timely completion. (Steel Structure Work, etc.)
∎ Maintain inventory for required construction materials/spare parts of equipment for providing uninterrupted support.
∎ Organize weekly/monthly meeting for reviewing problems/progress of the works.
∎ Supervise and monitor construction work as per approved drawing.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule along with maintaining quality of work.
∎ Should be able to supervise the finishing works as per standard & quality.
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works
∎ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
∎ To supervise & monitor daily contractors' activities as per approved Architectural, Structural, plumbing drawing & materials specification.
∎ To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 4 years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ The candidate must have experience in the following area(s): Project management and planning, Feasibility study of infrastructure development project, ESIA, Topographic survey, AutoCAD designing, and report writing.
∎ The candidate should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Consulting Firms. Construction Firms, Developer, Land Developer, Steel Structure Firms.
∎ Proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Smart, Energetic, and Hardworking.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work independently.
