Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly Master Plan of the factory.
∎ Prepare yearly Operational Plan of the factory.
∎ Prepare yearly appropriate Manpower Utilization plan of the factory.
∎ To administer & control functions of HR & Admin Department of the factory.
∎ Formulate & implement the SOPs for all the process in the factory.
∎ Plan organizes & direct day-to-day operations for optimum result.
∎ Monitor all the departmental activities for smooth functioning.
∎ Prepare yearly budget on need basis & take approval the same from the appropriate authority and to take necessary steps for execution. To prepare monthly/quarterly report on budget utilization & submit those to the authority.
∎ Expert in the use of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software applications.
∎ Ensure production against target without compromising the quality.
∎ Arrange proper allocation of resources for optimal/desire results.
∎ Cost & wastage control by applying appropriate tools.
∎ Direct & update department/functional heads to achieve company's business goals & objectives.
∎ Special attention to ensure proper & smooth function of furnace.
∎ Keep updated with latest technology, invention of glassware, packaging, oxygen production.
∎ Ensure coordination among the finance & accounts, purchase, stores/warehouse, distribution, logistics etc of the factory.
∎ Handle any dispute intelligently to continue production smoothly.
∎ Monitor performances of all the employee of the factory.
∎ Ensure continuous inspection of products to ensure quality & communicate with respective technicians for rectification and improvement of products.
∎ Strictly maintain quality control standards to achieve objectives.
∎ Take initiative for implement quality control training programs to develop skills of employees.
∎ Ensure all aspects including timely attendance of employee to workstation and work more time if situation demands.
∎ Monitor the activities & functions of supply chain.
∎ Ensure security, safety & cleanness of the factory.
∎ Maintain confidentiality in all business practices & dealings.
∎ Maintain all reporting formats/documentations as per company requirement.
∎ Maintain necessary documented information for all transformation.
∎ Keep proper Industrial Relationship between employer & employees.
∎ Ensure proper store functioning with up-to-date maintenance of stock register.
∎ Ensure QC function including glass product, packaging, decal and washing.
∎ Developing and implementing proper distribution channel to ensure smooth delivery by confirming 3 Es concept.
∎ Managing and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, Work shop, Oxygen plant, packaging unit and Civil function for smooth operational support.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of company asset by maintain and updating Asset Register.
∎ Liaison with factory oriented external authority and confirm up-to-date legal and compliance documents.
∎ Developing and implementing a process that will expose the company as green business i.e. greenery plans.
∎ Ensure None & Sexual harassment free environment.
∎ Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM).
∎ Developing and implementing JD & KPI for each departmental resource.
∎ Ensure Inventory Management of the factory.
∎ Take necessary steps in implementing new projects on demand basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years

∎ Applicant must be an energetic, enthusiastic & hardworking person.
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, NFPA, BNBC, Environmental Law, and HR policies development and implementation.
∎ Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities, multilingual capabilities, solid judgment with ability to make good decision.
