Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture from BUET.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The architectural managers plan, organize and manage architectural activities within the organization.
∎ Must have concept development skills, design preparation & real field experience for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Must have the knowledge on BNBC guidelines, rules and regulations
∎ Candidate must have proper knowledge on steel structure, Factory building rules and proper visualization.
∎ Bringing and presenting the feasibility study.
∎ Provision of different options to overcome different administrative procedures.
∎ Procedures planned and prepared are kept in line to make communication easier.
∎ Ambitious out-of-the-box thinker willing to reach beyond their comfort zone and should act proactive.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Schematic design, Design Development, permitting and Construction Documentation.
∎ Meets information architecture financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
∎ They review project plans and approve architectural specifications contained in the plan.
∎ Demonstrable experience coordinating design documentation with external consultants.
∎ CAD and AutoCAD proficiency, Site development &Planning.
∎ Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants and sub-contractors to produce and alter drawings.
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Project Operation as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in larger project.
∎ Sound Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage.
∎ Excellent oral, written, English communication skills and Graphic communication skills.
