Admin and Accounts, Agriculture Project, Agro farm, Cattle farming, Dairy Farm, Farm Management, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm, Finance/ Accounts, General Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Manager of Walton Agro Farm & Industries and Gossai Jowair Residence in Tangail.
∎ Cost control, cost minimization, forecasting and budget preparation for agro, dairy and cattle farming.
∎ Monitoring workmen and supervisors of the farm.
∎ Liable for all Admin related works.
∎ To draft various types of policies and submit to top management for their approval.
∎ Posting all types of accounts related transactions through Oracle software.
∎ To monitor & ensure safety & security of the residence premises.
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
∎ Grievance management and ensure good work environment.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Agri Farm business, Dairy business and Cattle farming.
∎ Candidates having experience in Oracle Software will get preference.
∎ Practical Experience on Microsoft office Package and ERP Software.
∎ Working experience in farm house, agriculture project or residence project will add an advantages.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Accounts, Finance, VAT & Tax laws & regulations.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skill.
∎ Ability to handle critical situation.
∎ Team player and target driven.
