∎ Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks, including security, logistics, and maintenance of factory premises.
∎ Manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs to ensure a productive workforce.
∎ Maintain accurate records of licenses and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
∎ Work closely with the factory security team to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
∎ Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
